Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently added Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other co-accused were arrested with the stolen motorcycle. The FIR is against unknown. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2018 and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27244 of 2018(2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on completion of six months in judicial custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with N.H. Bangra Police Station Case No. 20 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
