The sole petitioner, who is a lady and in custody in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018, G.R. No. 412 of 2018, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the F.I.R. and submits that only on suspicion petitioner has been made accused.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and only on suspicion she has been made accused, let the petitioner Faguni Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like
