2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 478 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 67, 67 (A) of the I.T. Act and Sections 4 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the reading of the F.I.R., it appears that it is case of consensual sex. The petitioner is in jail since 05.07.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,
