Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,307,504,506,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired at the informant, however, no injury was caused to the informant, rather, informant snatched the fire-arm from possession of the petitioner and handed over to the police. On search one country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the coaccused. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The production of fire-arm by private person is a bailable offence. A concocted allegation is there just to

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mahnar Police Station Case No. 01 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
