Case No. 473 of 2019, dated 14.06.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant's bag which contained cash and other valuables, was stolen. An F.I.R. came to be registered after about six days of the theft. The petitioner, all of a sudden, was arrested on 29.06.2019 from his house, but nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession. Regard being had to the nature of the charge levelled against the petitioner and his period custody which is from 30.06.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 473 of 2019.
