2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2023 instituted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased. The deceased has been killed in a brutal manner by the accused persons including the petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80943 of 2024(3) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 the Court below on its own merit in accordance with law and also considering the facts of the case.
