The petitioner, who is in custody since 13.08.2019 and has clean antecedent, seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 204 of 2018 dated 01.06.2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The father of the informant is alleged to have been killed by three unknown miscreants. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of confession of one Md. Ali Ansari @ Babloo Master. Apart from the aforesaid confession of the co-accused referred to above, there is no other material to connect the petitioner with the offence. Aforesaid Md. Ali Ansari @
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71674 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 Babloo Master has been granted bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57219 of 2018.
Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners and the clean antecedent of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 204 of 2018.
