2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the FIR, this petitioner along with other coaccused persons assaulted the brother of the informant due to which he sustained injury and died during course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of accusation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on anticipatory bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 294 of 2025, pending in the Court of Learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhaka, East Champaran/concerned Court, East Champaran, Motihari. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
