JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C-208 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 452, 323, 354, 380, 504, 34 of IPC. As per complaint case, there is allegation against the petitioners that they entered inside the house of the complainant, assaulted her and also there is allegation against petitioners no.2 and 3 to disrobe her by pulling her Saree.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is litigation going on between the parties from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69443 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 before and allegations are false and concocted. No specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No. C-208 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
