No. 45807 of 2019, certain modifications were allowed in the order dated 13.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31248 of 2019, whereby the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018. While allowing the prayer for modification, the Court had granted extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the court below for his release on anticipatory bail. Present application has been filed seeking modification for further extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the court below.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73040 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 averments made in the application, the same is allowed. The time for the petitioner to surrender before the court below is hereby extended by two weeks from today.
