JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor along with learned counsel for the informant.

It has been alleged at the end of the informant that petitioner who is well known for his notoriety has pounced upon his land on 13.04.2019 at about 10 AM for which police was informed. Again disclosed that on the same day, i.e. 13.04.2019 at about 7 AM while informant was counting money, petitioner along with Ramanuj Tanti armed with firearm came at his Darwaja, they both fired and then, pointing out pistol towards him succeeded in snatching of Rs. 20,000/- by the petitioner while Ramanuj Tanti snatched away Rs. 500/-. It has also been disclosed that both the accused are hardcore criminals being accused in so many cases.

However, manner whereunder occurrence has been alleged coupled with the fact that there happens to be fragrance of land dispute, and being under custody since 28.08.2019, petitioner, Ramagya Roy @ Ramagya Singh @ Ramgaya Raj @ Ramgyan Singh, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 186/2019.
