JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has remained in custody since 18.1.2018 and has completed almost 5 months. He submits that there is recovery of only one live cartridge.

Considering the fact that there is recovery of only one cartridge and the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly five months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-
