The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 307 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 363 & 366(A)Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, it is hereby rejected in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 307 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Vaishali at Hajipur. . However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
