2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with C.A. No. 349 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 354(A), 354(B), 354(C), 504 of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 66E, 66 (C) , 67, 67(A) of IT Act and Sections 3, 7, 5 and 11 of the POCSO Act.
3. From the reading of the complaint it appears that it is a case of consensual sex. The petitioner is in jail since 29.09.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions JudgeVI- cum-Special Judge POCSO, Katihar in connection with C.A. No. 349 of 2022.
