2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 279 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 103(1), 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per prosecution story, the informant alleged that on 04.06.2025 all the F.I.R. named accused including this petitioner, came to the house and started abusing and assaulting his father with Bamboo stick and Laathi, during treatment his father died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that specific allegation of assault is

No.74048 of 2025(2) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 against co-accused Abhishek @ Abhishek Jaiswal, who is alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant with Bamboo stick and Lathi. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2025 and charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Dhaka P. S. Case No. 279 of 2025.
