JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-09-2023 This application has been filed for quashing the FIR of Goraul P.S. Case No. 468 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 342, 353, 427, 332, 333, 188, 504, 506, 171 (f) of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Damage to Public Property Act.

2. At the occasion of Panchayat election, the petitioner, who is a government employee, was deputed for conducting the Panchayat election and after collecting the materials relating to election, the employees started demanding more remuneration than fixed by the government. They refused to comply with the order of the superior authority and denied to discharge their duty. They also torn the papers and list of employees fixed on the wall.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, though he was deputed under the order of the District Magistrate, but the Block Development Officer has lodged the FIR.

4. I do not find any reason to quash this FIR. As such, this petition is dismissed.
