The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2019 in connection with Excise Case No. 402 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the open field and also because the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Samastipur in connection with Excise Case
