Petitioners seek bail in Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No.185 of 2019 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the IPC and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The informant intercepted a Bolero Jeep bearing Registration No.BR11D-2443 and recovered 135 litres of Nepali liquor. The petitioners indulged in transporting illicit liquor from one place to another through a Jeep.

It is submitted that the petitioners are in jail since 23.08.2019. The petitioners have already remained in jail for more than six months and they have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioners

Case No.185 of 2019.
