At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to seek her remedy before the Competent Authority/ Department and in case, her grievances are not redressed by the Competent Authority, she could seek her remedy before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Aurangabad. In this connection, learned counsel has relied upon a judgment of this Court in the case of Pallavi Kumar @ Pallavi Pandey vs. The State of Bihar and other analogous cases being CWJC No. 22186 of 2019 being the lead case.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1979 of 2023(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner. This writ application is, thus, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the Competent Authority/ Department and in case, the grievance of the petitioner still remains unaddressed, she will be at liberty to move in accordance with the judgment of this Court in CWJC No. 22186 of 2019 and other analogous cases.
