JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 342 of 2017 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.11.2017. He further submits that the petitioner has been arrested in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for more than six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
