Petitioner is accused in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 63 of 2008 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that this is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.06.2019.
