Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2017.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor he was ever put on TI Parade during investigation. Investigation of the case is already closed. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28832 of 2018 (2) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Araria Police Station Case No. 515 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
