JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR some miscreants snatched Bolero pickup van of the informant while he was going to Begusarai and petitioner is not named in the FIR but later on his name transpired during investigation.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against him.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that in such type of cases custodial interrogation is required, as such he does not deserve bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69395 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He has to surrender and pray for regular bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
