The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sachivalaya P.S. Case No.202 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim, a student of class-IV, aged about 13 years that she was abducted by the petitioner on the false pretext of marriage and the petitioner sexually abused her, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
