Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 10.11.2022 in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 384 of 2018, F.I.R. dated 01.10.2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 366/34of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped a married lady namely Munni Devi and he had been in regular touch with her and the petitioner went to the Mayaka house of the lady and abused and assaulted the father of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely

Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits on the basis of instruction that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and even the petitioner has been examined under Section 313 of the Cr. P.C. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 384 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.

Prayer is refused.
