The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier thrice rejected by orders dated 19.01.2016, 03.05.2017 and 03.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48400 of 2015, Cr. Misc. 18690 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 62453 of 2017 respectively, on the ground for the petitioner is suffering in custody since 26.06.2015 having no specific allegation, there was direction to conclude the trial within two months but the trial has not been concluded and in near future it is not likely to be concluded.

The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that the trial has not been concluded.

No.28912 of 2018(2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned F.T.C.-I, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 367 of 2013, (S.Tr. No. 96 of 2016), subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
