JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 5.1.2018, seeks bail in VikramPS Case No. 350 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's brother was found dead in a drainage by the side of railway track, it is alleged that earlier there was some dispute with the named accused persons so suspicion is raised against them for killing of his brother. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that deceased's post mortem was held but no external injury was found on his person and cause of death opined by the doctor is suicidal hanging. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Jatta Manjhi, Anar Manjhi, Sirki Manjhi and Birju Manjhi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Danapur in connection with Vikram PS Case No. 350 of 2017.
