1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of the BNS.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he came to know on 06.06.2025 that accused persons were putting hut on his land, accordingly, he went to the place of occurrence when Rajesh assaulted the informant by an iron rod causing injury on head thereafter Prabhu assaulted Dinesh by an iron object causing injury on head. Further, accused persons assaulted Gangesh and Gyatri Devi and Pramila snatched his chain and Rs.22000/-. On alarm, villagers gathered

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR on account of dispute relating to land the occurrence is alleged to have taken place in which Rajesh is alleged to have assaulted the informant by an iron rod while Prabhu is alleged to have assaulted Dinesh but as far as petitioner is concerned the allegation against him is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that from the side of petitioner Laukariya P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025 has been instituted against the informant and his side. It is also submitted that petitioner is not a criminal.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case
