Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 N.I. Act.
The perusal of the entire FIR would reveal that there is business dispute between the parties including dispute of non-payment of the entire amount. Though there is admission of part receipt of money by the informant from the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that investigation of the case is still pending and other cases are there against the petitioner of defalcation of huge amount of money of some

Considering the entire facts disclosed in the FIR, in my view, the petitioner deserves bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with L.N.M.U. Police Station Case No.58 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
