The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2017 registered under Section 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Indra Devi and Jitendra Sharma @ Jitendra Kumar Sharma whose case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29889 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 identically situated to that of the petitioners have already been granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 30.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14410 of 2018 as contained in Annexure-2 to this petition, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
