2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arm Act, registered in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No. 112 of 2023.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons, on the instigation of Amod Rai, fired indiscriminately at the vehicle of the informant with an intention to kill him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. There is

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No. 112 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
