JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 6.12.2017, seeks bail in Khagaria Railway PS Case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that some unknown miscreants robbed the informant of his forty rupees, mobile and torch. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, there is neither any recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, only on the basis of statement of Amod Yadav he has been made accused. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Tufani Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM ® Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Railway PS Case No. 27 of 2017.
