The petitioner, an Inspector of Police, stands dismissed under order dated 14.08.2020 passed by the D.I.G., Central Range, Patna. It is the petitioner's grievance that memorial dated 29.09.2022, filed by the petitioner against the order of dismissal, has still not been decided. 2.
In view of the limited grievance, nothing remains for adjudication at the moment in the instant writ proceedings. The same, therefore, need not be kept pending. 3.
The D.G.P. (Respondent No. 2) is directed to
Patna High Court CWJC No.1196 of 2023(2) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 dispose of the memorial, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, within 8 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
