1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction, particularly, in the nature of certiorari to set aside the order contained in Memo No.- 9754 dated 11/11/2011, issued under the signature of the Estate Officer whereby and whereunder, the HIG Plot No.- 6H/49, allotted to the petitioner's father, has been cancelled on the basis of wrong set of facts and without hearing the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks further direction upon the respondent authority to restore the possession

Patna High Court CWJC No.17922 of 2024(2) dt.27-11-2024 2/2 and make final settlement of the abovementioned plot in his favour, after removing the encroachment made by the other neighbourallottees and the local goons, for which the petitioner is ready to deposit the remaining due amount."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3 i.e. the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna by filing appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case the petitioner files a representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the respondent no.3, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
