JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 15.9.2017, seeks bail in Kotwali (Barari) PS Case No. 606 of 2017, S.T. No. 1012 of 2017 registered under Sections 452, 341, 323, 342, 385, 379, 307, 354(B), 504, 506, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Adarsh Choudhary has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr, Misc. No. 12634 of 2018, moreover this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Prahlad Chaudhary @ Prahlad Hari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) PS Case No. 606 of 2017, S.T. No. 1012 of 2017.
