26-06-2018 Heard Sri Bhaskar Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Amba P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 414 /34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) / 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having clean antecedent. He has further drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph 7 of the petition to show that on confessional statement of coaccused, petitioner has been made accused, otherwise, there is

In view of nature of the accusation, clean antecedent as well as the fact that petitioner's name has come in confessional statement of co-accused, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner namely Prince Kumar @ Prem Shankar Kumar Singh @ Prince Singh @ Prem Shankar Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
