The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and during course of investigation no material was available against the petitioner to connect with the alleged offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.07.2019.

Case No. 103 of 2019.
