2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Supaul (Respondent No.4).

3. Mr. Sumant Kumar Singh, learned AC to GA-2 submits that the petitioner had earlier filed C.W.J.C. No. 8099 of 2003.

4. Considering the specific submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Supaul (Respondent No.4) is directed to call for the service records relating to the petitioner and pass a reasoned order on the basis of representation and the records. In case, the petitioner is entitled for any relief, the same be granted to him within a period of six weeks.

5. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
