The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the IPC.

Allegation as per FIR is that petitioners were torturing the deceased due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is the mother-in-law.
