JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioners have sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No.194 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the name of the petitioners transpired during investigation in a case of road robbery and they are accused in two other cases, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
