2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in this case charges have been framed on 31.03.2023 but till today only one witness has been examined. A co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 21.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc No. 438 of 2023 has directed the trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously but the same has not been concluded as yet.

3. Trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
