2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bardaha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 10.2 kg of Ganja from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2025 and he is accused in ten more cases.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery of the contraband and the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
