The petitioners, who are in custody only since 04.01.2018 in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 7 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners, unaware of any theft of motorcycle, were moving as pillion rider on a motorcycle, which was intercepted by the police and police, on an accusation as if motorcycle was stolen, arrested six accused persons, including the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners were earlier never involved in such

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, District Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 7 of 2018.
