2. The defect(s) are ignored.

3. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Mahalgaon P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

4. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 22.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89714 of 2024, which reads as under:

"Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahalgaon P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2024.

5. Considering the huge recovery of Ganja from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed."

5. Considering the recovery of 193 Kg of Ganja from the petitioner, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Araria is directed to produce the witnesses on the dates fixed in the trial.
