The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 358/2018 arising out of Dagarua P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 I.P.C and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 25.110 litres of illicit liquor from the carrier of the cycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 13.04.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise , Purnea. in connection with Special Case No. 358/2018 arising out of Dagarua P.S. Case No. 60/2018.
