Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahiara P.S. Case No.147 of 2018 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302,120B of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and petitioner is not named in the FIR. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 31.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5320 of 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69187 of 2019(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Sahiara P.S. Case No.147 of 2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
