JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50595 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge in this case has not been framed till date and there is no substantial progress in the trial and witnesses have not supported the prosecution case and petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2017. Heard learned A.P.P also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31432 of 2018 (2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 304 of 2017, on the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioner has to co-operate in trial.
