Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 14.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17339 of 2018.

Allegation against the petitioner is that in conspiracy with the other persons he got forged appointment letter for appointment on the post of Adeshpal in the High Court. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in spite of direction of this Court issued three times, the trial has not been concluded.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

From perusal of the report it appears that the learned trial court has sought for one month's time to conclude the trial. In

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31337 of 2018 (3) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage and the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order, however , it is made clear that if the trial is not concluded within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order, the learned trial court shall release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
