JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18.07.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected but again, petitioner seeks bail on the ground of delay of trial as the petitioner is in jail custody since 3.6.2016. The impugned order goes to show that trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing and, therefore, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with POCSO case no.19 of 2016 arising out of Marhourah P.S. Case no. 246/2016 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge Icum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
