The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2017 in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 34 of the Explosive Substance Act. It is submitted that the arms were not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather when the petitioner was arrested in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 170 of 2017, the present case has also been instituted with the same and similar allegations.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31801 of 2018 (3) dt.28-06-2018 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Nalanda P.S.
